We are a family of 4 with our small pet dog as well.
We are all adults and ideally we are looking for a lodger who is easy going and friendly and can blend in well with us.
We in turn are laid back and happy to accommodate.
Our house is located in a quite part of Handforth very near to Handforth Train Station as well as the main shopping area.
Handforth is close to Manchester Airport and there are regular train and bus services to the airport as well as city centre Manchester.
We are looking for rent of £380 per calendar month and this will include Gas/Electric and Water and Council Tax Bills, as well WiFi.
