Spacious double room in lovely Marple

The living room

This is a large double room, in a fantastic fully furnished apartment. At just £350 per month, plus bills, it's an absolute steal!

The room is a lovely double room, with lots of storage space. The bathroom and kitchen are separate and are shared. The living/dining room area is very spacious (it's massive!) and has fantastic views over the countryside and Marple Bridge. The house has washing machine, dryer, dishwasher etc and is always very clean, tidy and organised.

The train to Manchester takes 20 minutes and is about a 5-10 minute walk from the apartment. There are regular buses to Stockport and Manchester and it is about 15 minutes from the M60...and even closer to the Peak District. Marple is a lovely place to live - there are lots of pubs and restaurants nearby and being so close to Manchester, there's a lot to do! There are two train stations and a good amount of local shops.

I'm a 27 year old guy, working in sales. I enjoy what I do and am looking for someone laid back, open-minded and easy going. I am very clean and tidy and politely ask for the same!
