Large double room (16' x 10') in detached house, very quiet, views. Furnished inc. sofa, king size bed, room for desk etc. Own shower room/toilet adjacent, privacy from end corridor location. Shared kitchen, 2 living rooms (wood stove), garden. Fast broadband. Cul-de-sac with ample parking. Marple station 10min walk, shops 5min, town centre with all facilities 1 mile. Ideally placed for walking, running, cycling and for access to High Peak. Buses to Stockport.
I'm looking for a professional lodger or couple (+£25 pm) who are open-minded and progressive - 2 previous happy lodgers. I work from home as designer/maker. The house is reasonably tidy and I am easy about sharing facilities. I love cooking but would not expect to share meals often. I like quiet and would be averse to heavy rock music - I prefer folk!
