Large room and private sitting room with bills and WIFI included. Off road parking in a quiet cul de sac in Willaston less than 2 miles from the centre of Nantwich.

The room is a large double with a built in wardrobe giving lots of storage. It looks over the garden at the back and is quiet and peaceful.

The separate TV room is next to the bedroom with a freeview TV. It is furnished with a comfortable cane sofa, armchair and table.

The family bathroom with shower and bath is for private use unless there is a short let in the other room.

Washing machine and drier is available in the laundry room.

Bills and unlimited broadband are included. Payment is expected to be per calendar month in advance plus the deposit up front.

The no smoking includes no smoking inside or outside of the house and no candles due to fire hazard.

Short lets of one week or more can be made available in the other room at a cost of £150 per week including bedding and towels.

I work from home running an ironing business and am in and out and walking the dogs. The household also includes several cats. We are very friendly, we just don't like smoking!
