The house is five miles south of Chester, with an easy commute to Chester Business Park, Wrexham and Broughton (all within a 10 min drive). The house is on the main Chester-Wrexham bus route.

We have a double room available, with plenty of private parking and safe storage space for bikes.

All bills are included in the rent, this includes wireless broadband, and Sky Go tv.

Other housemates are all male between 50 and 62 , all professionals. The house is very sociable, but large enough to have your own space when needed. The landlord is gay.
