I am seeking a responsible professional as a lodger for a furnished new build apartment in The Deck development as I am seldom there. There is a double room on offer with shower en suite, separate bathroom and fully fitted kitchen with integrated washer/dryer and fridge/freezer. There is also a separate adjacent bathroom and spare room? The apartment has lovely views of the Mersey estuary and Manchester ship canal as it is on the top floor and also has its own allocated parking space which is sheltered beneath the building and close to the (security) front door. It is warm and well insulated and comes with bills included (as well as WIFI). I work away a lot so am rarely in which means the tenant can enjoy almost compete privacy in an already very quiet and secluded property.
