Single room available, short term.£300

Hi!

I have recently converted my office into a single bedroom which I would like to rent out for short term. It would suit someone who is looking for an affordable but still comfy and clean place to live. I am ideally looking for someone who would like to stay for a few months (until March/April 2016), but it's negotiable.
Your room is upstairs, where I also have my own bedroom + one more double room which is occupied. There is a newly renovated bathroom upstairs but also a additional toilet downstairs. There is also a spacious kitchen and a bright living room overseeing the back garden.
The property is a terraced house having both a front and rear garden. It is located in a calm family area close to Murdishaw woods and the Bridgewater canal. It is also very close to the M56, ideal for daily commuting.

The room has currently has a single bed with some basic furniture. You will also have a large window overlooking the rear garden which has complete privacy since it is facing a forest.

Price is £300 per month, all bills included (water, gas, electricity, common cost, wifi).

About me: I'm a Norwegian veterinarian working in Runcorn. I work most of the day so you will probably not see me too much. I like to stay active and fit and I love to travel. I also have a friendly Labrador.
