The bedroom

Hello, once again it is time to find a new housemate...

This is an opportunity to share a 3-bed, semi-detached house, with me, a friendly professional adult, who happens to be an excellent cook and baker. Saltney is just a couple of miles from Chester city centre with good bus services, and there is a Morrison's around the corner.

The room is a large double, 4m x 3, with views over farmland to the Clwyd mountains, and built in wardrobes on one wall. There are a bed, side tables and desk in the room, as well as a TV/Satellite point. The third bedroom is quite small, so is used as a shared storage/drying space.

Downstairs, there's a lounge with the possibility of freeview/freesat and an open plan kitchen and dining room, as well as an under-stairs cupboard. The kitchen is already well equipped, but of course there is room in the cupboards for your things.

A little more about me; I am respectful and considerate, quiet, tidy and pretty relaxed, and I'd expect pretty much the same from you. I'm active and ourdoorsy, I love mountain biking, walking, scrambling, as well as the occasional night out in town. I also enjoy having friends over for a meal now and again. I've got a broad range of interests really, stopping short of reality TV and soaps, haha. I currently work shifts, so if you work normal office hours, you'll effectively have the house more or less to yourself for one week out of three.

Ideally, we would get along and share some time together, rather than just pass like ships in the night. I have friends and a life, and I also value my privacy (and yours), but it would be nice to have a friendly, sociable atmosphere to the place.
