In terms of location the City Centre is less than 5mins in the car (1. 5 mile), there is a regular bus route at the bottom of the road, and house is very close to A55 & M53 motorway, ideal for anyone that works on the Chester Business Park. There is a row of shops at end of the road, Asda & Morrisons both in Saltney & an all night Tesco in Broughton (just a little further down).

I am 37 (a young one I've been told!) & a live in Landlord, pretty laid back as not as house is not a tip & everyone mucks in! I have a little tan Puppy called Fudge who is 2. He is very friendly, affectionate, gentle & lively but only if there are lots of goings on! He does quickly settle down and goes to sleep a lot of the time. So I am looking for someone that is cool with dogs & likes them!
