The room has a kingsize bed with a very big wardrobe and a little night table with a TV and the room has a little balcony..

All bills are included in the price of the rooms. (£440)

one month rent in advance plus one month deposit is required, the deposit will be given back to you when you leave.

Minimum stay is 6 month and after that period you need to give a month notice when you want to leave.

The house is in good condition.

There are 2 toilets, the one at the bottom has a shower and a washing machine.

The one at the second floor has a bathroom toilet (right next to your room).

The kitchen is BIG! So for ideal for those food lovers and it also has a little chill out area.

There is a little covered back yard that leads to the big backyard of the estate...

The house has a bit of extra storage if needed.

There is a big 24h Tesco 15 mins walk away from home and local shops 2 mins away,

We are 3 tenants, everyone is pretty chilled here, we like listening to music, cook healthy food and have a good laugh etc...

Everyone gets along really well in this house and we are looking for another tenant to join the team, maybe it's you.
