The property is situated on a cul-de-sac in a quite area. The house benefits from great Transport link and is in walking distance of Stockport and Davenport train station, and buses.

The house was refurbished in January 2014, the available bedroom is a fully furnished double, with a large en-suite bathroom.

The property has a shared lounge and Kitchen diner, complete with dining table and chairs, electric cooker, microwave, American Fridge/Freezer, all pots and pans, crockery and cutlery, washing machine.

There is 60mb Wireless Broadband throughout the house, and Virgin Media in the lounge. Virgin media can be made available in each bedroom at a small extra charge of £10 per room per month.

All Housemates are professionals. We do not accept DSS. there is no smoking in the house, but a smoking area is provide outside.

Rent is payable 1 month in advance, charged at £110per week which includes Council tax, utility bills, TV licence, broadband, cable TV.
A security bond/deposit of £400 is payable on accepting the room.

Initial termed agreements are a 3 months agreement. Followed by a rolling monthly contract. A notice period of one month is required the terminate tenancy.
