1930 Semi detached family home

I have a three bedroomed semi detached house, with a large garden. One of the bedrooms is available for rent immediately. It is a just bedroom and not a bedsit The room is a double with all furniture. However it is only suitable for a single person, I will not accept couples.

We have gas central heating and double glazing. Our family has one dog, one cat, and three chickens, so an animal lover is needed. We have very good neighbours and it is a lovely area to live.

We live close to but far enough away from the motorway, Manchester airport, Castle Street, Edgeley Train station, a Leisure centre, Morrisons, and Stockport county grounds.

We are all non smoking and for health reasons. So we need a non smoker to join us. If it is found out that you are a smoker after saying you are not then I will be asking you to leave.

References and cash deposit plus a months cash rent in advance are also required before the key will be given. I will also need a months notice to quit.

We rise early and so go to bed early, we would like noise to be at a minimum after 21.00.
