The house is a new build, 4 bed house in Wilmslow. Front and back garden, conservatory, outdoor gas bbq, large kitchen and dining area, big TV and L shaped sofa, dishwasher, tumble dryer etc.

The room is a good sized double with plenty of fitted wardrobe space, full length mirror, bed side table and TV aerial.

Transport links are very good, it's a 15 minute walk to Wilmslow station and right by the A34 that links to the M60.

There are plenty of shops and bars close by. It's a 5 minute walk to lidl, tesco express, subway, chip shop, and a 15 minute walk to tesco superstore, M&S and various other shops, as well as lifestyle and total fitness gym.

The rent covers all bills apart from water and electricity which works out at £40. Sky TV, broadband and council tax are all covered.

The 3 current housemates are working professional's who work hard during the week and like to enjoy themselves during the weekend. We all enjoy, cooking, sports, films and the gym and are well house trained and keep the place tidy.

We're looking for another professional person to join the house, who is easy going, clean, tidy and good to live with.
