Spare, warm, comfortable double room in semi-detached house, 5 minutes by bus from Stirling University,15 mins from Stirling. Shared facilities with owner,
bathroom, Kitchen.. all mod cons, living room. Spare room fully furnished with a desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers and T. V. socket and bedside table. Broadband access and the room looks out to a small green garden with decking area. Extra storage space is available in the attic, room for a bike etc in the garden shed and parking space in the drive. All bills included and references can be provided if necessary. Iam a mature lady but young for my years, who is warm, friendly, bit reserved who lives a quiet life, but enjoys mini adventures and spending time with family. I work locally in customer service and would like someone who likes cats and doesn't mind sharing some house work, is reasonably clean tidy and quiet and considerate. Someone who respects quiet time and others space but will share a bottle of wine occasionally and perhaps likes a walk and respects wildlife ideally. No party animals, smokers, big drinkers or DSS.
