I have a furnished double room to let in Linthorpe, Middlesbrough for a Monday-Friday professional. Room available immediately.

The house has been newly renovated. TV in the room, large fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers. My photography skills are not great and the pictures don't do it justice and make the room look smaller than it is.

It's a quiet, clean and tidy house with all the usual facilities and unlimited wi-fi use. Kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher, washing machine etc.

The house is a large terrace with plenty of on-street parking - there is never any difficulty getting parked.

Ten minutes walk to Teesside Uni, 15 minute walk to town. Only minutes away from A66, A19 links. Restaurants, takeaways and shops a short walk away.

I work full-time, am respectful, easy-going and used to house-sharing.

Share with myself and a part-time lodger, nice easy going professional guy (lecturer at Teesside Uni), who stays two nights per week.

There is a cat in the house.

Tenant must be respectful, clean and tidy. Smokers accepted but not in the house please.
