2 x Double Room to rent, modern 3 storey house

2 x decent sized double rooms to rent, shared bathroom (with bath and shower) but I have en suite so rarely use it. Three storey townhouse, rooms are on the middle floor with a bathroom in-between.

Downstairs is a galley kitchen, living room and WC.

Near to Yarm and Ingleby Barwick.

Broadband and Sky TV, own Sky + box in the room. (Will need own TV though)

Would be willing to negotiate a price for weekends.

Have previously let to contractors working nights. Would only let both rooms to this sort arrangement.

I have a dog (cocker spaniel), not usually allowed upstairs in the house.

References I require are from current / recent landlord and or employer and I use the Spareroom ID check which requires passport and driving licence.
