£90 Per week = 1 large fully furnished room with fitted wardrobe units in a great house and nice quiet location, room is fully furnished with Kingsize bed, mattress and bedding. The room is large and has plenty of storage and a decent amount of natural light.
You will have your own key for you room. There is a wash room and toilet between the bedrooms like a en suite for use by lodger.

The shower over the bath in downstairs bathroom may be used.

Off road free car parking space available.

Looking for a trustworthy person male or female of a mature attitude to rent one bedroom. No door slammers or disrespectful individuals. This is not a party house and I like it peaceful and clean/tidy. No guests in the house.

I don’t mind smokers, they would have to use the yard for that, no wild parties either please. :)

The house is a detatched Large dormer bungalow surrounded by conifer trees, with large gardens front, side and rear. There is a tumble dryer in garage and washing line in back yard.

The area is great for transport/access to A55 Chester, Deeside, Mold & Wrexham with regular buses and a train station near by.
