Hi, I have a room for rent with a Kingsize Double bed, walk in wardrobe, chest of drawers and shelving unit.

The house is spacious with good size gardens front and back. Large Kitchen with a washer and tumble dryer, with a Dining room and shared Living room. In the Living room there is a 75 inch LEDTV, large corner sofa and it is comfortable and cosy. Upstairs there is a good sized bathroom with bath and shower (New), downstairs there is an additional toilet and basin room.

My home has wi-fi (Super fast Fiber Optic), Netflix and Xbox Live, central heating, space for parking on the road and there is a relaxed comfortable atmosphere. The home is clean and tidy, and I expect this to remain the case when the new housemate moves in.

There is a house cat, called Jeff (and now Mrs Jeff) who is also friendly :)

This house would suit a working person, age and gender not really important, but an easy going clean and tidy nature is essential. I seem to have lodgers that have mostly gone through a relationship break and need a room ASAP, I am fine with this, equally, it would be ideal for a student. I don't mind plates, cups, iron and ironing board being used either etc. So all you need is your bedding, I am a friendly listener.
