hi to anyone reading i have a very large house in park rd ..nice area with very friendly neighbours i have three large double and one single for rent ...apart from the room being furnished with all your needs bed wardrobe chair small table tv with free view ...key lockable room door...there will also be on that floor a small kitchen to be shared with the three tooms a large family bathroom one extra toilet room ......all there areas have been decorated to suit all tastes ....you will have your own private entrance to the top floor you will be able to use the front of the house garden to relax ..and there is a laundry room available if required .......all bills are included ..we are only a min away from the a55 and on the main bus route at the bottom of the road train station short walk from bus stop .....i also have available a large double room and a single room on the ground floor which will have own entrance and lockable room door plus shared kitchen and large shower bathroom,, all bills included....i am looking for mature working or dss tennants who apprieate and respect the privacy and lives of their fellow sharers and myself many thanks for reading
