We have a multi-fuel stove in the lounge which keeps the house warm and cosy during the winter. There is a shared lounge, kitchen, second sitting room/study, bathroom, conservatory and garden. One bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom which avoids overcrowding. Close to St Asaph, Abergele, 2 minutes' drive to Ysbyty Glan Clwyd and A55; and 30 minutes from Chester. Wi-Fi available and rent inclusive of all bills. Perfect for someone who loves the countryside and tranquillity. I am a retired teacher and examiner of English who lives quietly with my daughter, 30, and our cats.
