Double room in lovely big house in lixwm, Holywell

Lovely double room in large 3 bed detached bungalow in the lovely village of Lixwm, 5 mins from Holywell and the A55 expressway for links to Chester and the North West, and only 10 minutes from Mold. The house is a modern house with a large living room/ conservatory, and large gardens to the front and rear of the property with off-road parking on the large driveway. The kitchen has all modern appliances including dishwasher. The room has Sky television and a nice double bed, with two large built in wardrobes. I am looking for someone who will be clean, tidy and certainly not looking for someone who wants house parties every night! Saying that I have a relaxed attitude towards most things. The house is far too big for one person hence why I'm looking for someone. I currently work as a self employed gardener so am working long hours 9 months of the year. The room will be available on the 23rd November when my current housemate moves out. Picture of the room available on request, he has it full of dvd's and clothes at the moment!
