Live in landlord. I am a laboratory analyst at an environmental testing lab. The other lodger is a laboratory technician at a pharmaceutical firm. View myself as easy going and flexible. I however expect a lodger to help with the cleaning of the house; any damages are taken from deposit. Smokers are welcome but must smoke outside, have a patio and garden furniture that can be used for this function. Area is residential so parties at night tend to cause trouble with police, thus will not allow large parties in the evening. Will not tolerate illicit drug use or theft.
