The tenant who originally rented this has been evicted with immediate effect and so this room is now available again for immediate rental on a first come first served basis.

As the advert says very large double room to rent in my house which is a large 5 bedroom house located very close to local shops and has great access to the A55 and sits between Llandudno and Colwyn Bay. Currently there are 2 other tenant as well as myself living in the property.

The room is partly furnished with a single bed and wardrobe but will take a double and even a super king and leave you plenty of space should you wish to bring your own bed.
