Great single room in Mold

Hi

I'm looking to rent out the spare room in my modern apartment in Mold. It's in a nice estate off Denbigh Rd next to Lidl, so a five minute walk from town centre and the bus station which has good links to Chester, Broughton, Wrexham, Ruthin etc.

The room is a decent sized single, with the possibility of being able to fit a double bed in (if you want to live here for an extended period of time we can look at getting a bigger bed). The apartment is fully furnished and consists of two bedrooms, a joined kitchen and lounge area and a shared bathroom. Kitchen is fully fitted including a washer/dryer, and the bathroom has a bath and a decent shower (something I've overlooked before!). There's no designated parking space, but there are several spaces right outside the block so it's very rarely an issue.

All bills are included in the price, including a good broadband connection and Netflix / Lovefilm / Music Unlimited streaming subscriptions.

So long as they're housetrained small dogs are fine, cats are a maybe (sometimes I'm alergic to them, but I still like them so I'm willing to at least try it out first!).

As for me I'm 28, recently made redundant so working in a bar at the moment and looking into going to college to do a PGCE. The apartment block is very quiet, no noisey neighbours or any problems like that. I'm pretty laid back, quiet and tidy, so would like someone similar. I'm also a big fan of films so there's a massive collection of dvds and blu rays that you can help yourself to!
