Spacious double room available, unfurnished but has built in storage, recently decorated also with new carpet and garden view. This room includes full use of facilities.

The bungalow is situated in a friendly neighbour hood near the center of Mold, fully double glazed and modern furnishing with large garden, driveway and garage.

I do own a 15month old female beagle who does stay at home whilst I work. so you must like dogs and chickens. (fresh eggs every morning if you help with duties)

must be respectful as I have early starts for work and the house has only just been refurbished so respect must be a clean tidy person.
