They want someone who is clean, tidy and can look after themselves without nagging.

The house is a cottage style detached house.

The house is already licensed through Rent Smart Wales.

The house offers bath, shower, vacuum cleaner, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridges and freezers.

The house is very close to Mold centre and local amenities are all very close to the house.

Parking permit is NOT required.

* - All Brand New Tenancy Agreements Are Subject To An Administration Fee of £80.00.

You can avoid a security deposit by supplying a suitable guarantor.

If that is not possible, you will require a security deposit of £280 (4 weeks rent), which will be lodged with the DPS, (Deposit Protection Service).

Moving in costs are.....
A. Reservation/ Administration Fee £80
(Paid To Reserve Room For Up To 10 days, after which it will be re-advertised)
This fee is then used for the costs of administration.

B. FIRST WEEKS RENT IS FREE

2nd and subsequent Weekly Rent = £70
Total Move In Costs = A+B = £80
(There are no hidden extra charges)

You will NOT require a Security Deposit, but a Guarantor will be Mandatory.

If you cant supply a guarantor, we will accept a security deposit of 4 weeks rent,(£280), that will be lodged with the DPS, (Deposit Protection Service)

(Please note: we will not allow a room to be reserved, unless you have viewed the property first.)

Rents are payable WEEKLY by Standing Order or via PayPal.*
(PayPal charge a 4.3% transaction fee)
