This is a very clean, peaceful, calm household.

The room is spacious light and bright and has its own walk in wardrobe, set of drawers, luxury mattress and large TV.
Fresh towels are provided weekly and the room is cleaned and bedding changed fortnightly.

We are situated 2 minutes from the A55 ideally situated to anyone working in the Mold/Deeside/North Wales/ Chester/Ellesmere port area.

There is a garden to the front and rear and detached garage if you need to store bikes etc.

I'm looking for a lodger who is as respectful of my home, boundaries and personal space as I will be of theirs.
This is a health conscious, chill drama free zone. Vibe is authentic, peaceful, lightness and fun. I work from home so preference is for someone that goes out to work mon-fri.

FYI Its not a party household so not suitable for someone that drinks heavily/regularly.
