Best house share ever

Hi. I own a large ex council two bedroom flat in rhosnesni wrexham. I am looking for somebody to rent my spare double room. You would have the flat to yourself a lot as I work shifts but would have to like animals as I have three house rabbits and a tortoise. The rabbits hop round the flat when I am there to supervise but would not go in your room if you shut the door.

Amenities include a dryer, washing machine, dishwasher and slow cooker. There is basic recordable sky in the room.

All I ask for in a tenant is that you don't leave mess (but I don't expect you to be ocd tidy) and that you pay the rent on time without me having to be embarrassed and keep asking.
