Clean & well presented small house, 1 minute walk from shotton highstreet & shotton train station.
We do have pets, (dogs and cats) so if you don't like animals then its not suitable for you!
There is no TV aerial available upstairs and we havent tested an indoor aerial, so please bear this in mind.
Friendly, clean and well behaved pets are welcome.
We have all appliances available except a tumble dryer. We also have sky fibre broadband.
Smoking outside only.
