We have self contained accommodation for rent on a short term or long term basis. It is situated adjacent to our residence but is very private.
The accommodation comprises of a double bedroom with en-suite wet-room and a living room with kitchenette & dining table.
It is furnished and has Wi-Fi. There is also access to washing and drying facilities.
SINGLE occupancy only.
We require a non-smoking, clean living, quiet professional individual. There is the benefit of secure living & parking, fabulous views and lots of space and gardens.
We are just 2 minutes drive from the A55 so are within easy reach of Chester, Llandudno, Wrexham etc.
