This is a warm, quiet and comfortable 2 bedroom terraced house shared with one other housemate. The house has a lovely feel to it and has been recently modernised. Take a look at the pictures.

For convenience, there is a local 'spar' type shop close-by and there are also some beautiful walks just 5-10 minutes away.

PLEASE NOTE
There are some bills included (water, broadband, tv licence) however the electric and gas are on a prepay scheme. The £300 quoted above is made up of £265 for the rent and an extra £35 for bills per housemate. Usually the bills are less than this however. Currently, electricity costs less than £20 a month per housemate and around £10 to £15 a month per housemate for gas.

PLEASE READ
The current housemate is a (respectful) student and exempt from paying council tax. However, if you are a not a student, council tax will also be payable and I think this is around £60 a month although this will need confirming.
