I have two rooms available now in a stunning house in Gerald Street right in the centre of Wrexham. The location of this house will not be beaten... 5 mins walk to High St, 1 mile walk to Uni, 5 min walk to train and bus stations, 10 min walk to hospital!

The house had a full refurb in 2010. Brand new kitchen, new bathroom, new furniture, stripped wooden parquet floors. There are two SEPARATE reception rooms (effectively two lounges) plus kitchen so extra living space you would not normally find in a house share!

There are four bedrooms in total, two larger and two smaller doubles. Both rooms have a double bed but one is a larger room than the other.

There are front and rear gardens, state of the art fire alarm system. Digital TV, unlimited wireless broadband and flexible, amenable landlady and managing agent! We also have a maintenance team on hand to maintain the property.
