Own bathroom with sink, bath, shower, toilet.

A weekly cleaning lady will launder and change bedding, and undertake basic cleaning throughout the house.

Suit a serious student (for example sciences or engineering or postgraduate).
Garage space enough for large motorcycle but not car. good enclosed garden with chairs and tables, use of main kitchen, utility room, washing machine, etc. worth a visit. very quiet area, 25 mins walk to centre of town 5 mins drive to hospital or university, also nearby bus service. Very civilised place to stay. Adjacent country park, woodland and river.
