Double room with en-suite

I have a double room I’m looking to rent out in my newly built house. The room is a good size double with an en-suite, and comes fully furnished.

I’m a 30 year old professional and have a dog so you would need to be happy living with a dog! I work from home but am out a lot in evenings and weekends and away for work around one week a month. I’m pretty active, very easy-going and neat and tidy to live with. General interests include swimming in the sea, walking, binge-watching shows on Netflix, cooking and travelling.

It’s a big house so plenty of shared space including a large kitchen/ diner/ living room and a separate living room upstairs overlooking the sea. There's plenty of parking and a large garden. I’m pretty sociable but also appreciate that everyone needs their own space which the house works well for. It’s in a cracking semi-rural spot only a 5 minute drive to Praa Sands beach, 10 minutes to Helston and about 25 to Falmouth.

This would suit a professional or mature student who enjoys living somewhere a bit quieter with instant access to the countryside and being close to the beach.
