The house is a modern semi-detached house on a corner plot, in a safe, friendly and well established residential area in Bodmin. There is ample room for driveway parking, with garage for storage, and front and rear gardens.

The house is about:
- 2 miles away from the Hospital
- 2 miles from the Dragon Leisure Centre
- 10 minutes cycle away from The Camel Trail
- A few minutes from ASDA/Morrisons/Sainsburys, B&M, and a
- 10 mins walk from bus stops

Room Details:
Double room with double bed and bedding.
Built-in double dual-height wardrobe, chest of drawers, bookcase, bedside table, TV, desk, chair etc.
(Furniture/bedding etc. can be added/removed as best suits you).

Share Details:
Free access to kitchen & washing machine etc., bathroom, gardens, garage storage, use of driveway.
Full central heating.
Fibre broadband.

Me:
I have the place to myself. I am a non-smoker/vaper, with no pets and work full time locally. I am easy-going and don't have a list of crazy house rules - just take your shoes off when you get in! :)

*Employee reference required.

Please note:
- The room is for single occupancy only (so no regular visitors, or frequent overnight guests; to be fair it cannot be expected of me to rent, or effectively rent to a couple and only receive rent based on one person).
- There's no rent-free, or reduced periods of rent. Full rent is payable every month.
