The house has a lounge, modern kitchen with conservatory and TV area, utility room with washing machine, 2 bathrooms with showers, a downstairs cloak-room, a porch area for coats and boots and with a desk, plus a small garden with patio and raised decking area for sun-bathing or "al-fresco" dining in summer.

Bodmin is a great place to live, with lots of supermarkets to choose from, local individual shops, a great golf course and club-house, a winning football team and we are only 18 minutes from the nearest beach. |If you want night-life, there is a night club on Friday and Saturdays within 15 minutes walk, and there are plenty of pubs and restaurants in the area. The Dragon Leisure Centre is 5 minutes away.

We have dogs and cats, so you would need to like animals to live here, and we are looking for someone who is reasonably clean and tidy and is willing and able to pay his/her rent on time. A good sense of humour would be great.
