we are a happy "family" here with one room to rent...the room is small but access to the rest of the house is freely avaliable (not including other bedrooms). I am a live in landlady and have two great guys living here so far, plus a big fluffy friendly dog! I would expect £65. 00 in cash each week, the room is small but can easily fit a single bed and furniture. Parking is avaliable, upstairs and downstairs toilet, separate bathroom, kitchen and laundry area. lounge with avaliable wireless broadband.
