Double en-suite room available from 6th April

Hello, this ad is for a double room with en-suite shower room in my house in Bude. The room is quiet and sunny in the morning and comes furnished with a double bed, but I can remove the other pieces of furniture if you have your own.

The house is spacious with a large kitchen (with dining area), separate living room, and private garden patio out the back which is a sun trap in the mornings.

I'm often working away from Bude so you will have the house to yourself for weeks at a time. When i'm home I like to cook, watch films and have friends over for dinner and happy for a housemate to do the same within reason. I also work for myself so have a study room to work in during the week days.

I am looking for a housemate who is considerate, easy going and self contained.

Other perks include: Located conveniently close to a large supermarket for daily groceries / petrol / cashpoint etc, private car-parking at rear of house and plenty of public spaces outside the house. Shed in the garden for bike/surf board storage.

The room is £410 for one person and includes all bills, or £550 for a couple. We can review the bills after 1 month to check if everything is in line and adjust if necessary.
