Double room in friendly spacious home and grounds

Short term let available in this comfortable double room, on the first floor of a roomy 5 bed semi-detached house with views of the countryside. There are gardens to the front and rear of the property and housemates are welcome to wander the 4 acres of land near the house, where we also keep some poultry and a couple of goats.
We are not far from the Eden Project and a short drive from St Austell, convenient for the A30, 15 minutes from Bodmin and a 30 minute drive from Truro. We have good public transport links, with a bus to the railway station stopping at the end of the road. Like most of Cornwall, there is a beach a short drive away.

There is a large shared kitchen/dining room with all mod cons, and housemates have use of a comfy sitting room / conservatory, two bathrooms with large showers, the upstairs one also having a bath, large sunny rear and front gardens, field area with barbecue facilities and a camping area.
There is good tv reception in all rooms and also wireless broadband. Use of the washing machine and clothes line is shared and there are also clothes airers and a tumble dryer for when the weather is inclement :0).There are 3-4 parking spaces at the front of the house, with additional parking available in the yard.
It is a solidly constructed house and holds the heat quite well, with oil-fired central heating in most rooms, (a new eco boiler was installed a few months ago) as an additional boost when needed. Fire doors and a new fire alarm system were recently installed, in line with the latest safety guidelines.
Housemates are welcome to roam the four acres of land around the house and to visit our clothing optional campsite . There will no doubt be many more barbecue evenings through the summer ahead. :)
Smoking is not allowed in the house, but there is seating in the large woodshed in the garden for the comfort of smokers.

We are a very friendly household who like to have a good laugh and enjoy a clean and relaxing environment when we finish work. Professional preferred.

All rent to be paid weekly in advance.

* Couples; for two people sharing a room, the weekly rent is £145.

Short-term lets; for stays of less than 4 days, we charge £30 per night.
Please note, this is a fairly rural area, so if strength of mobile signal is important to you, O2 and Tesco mobile have best reception at the house.

As we do have the small CL campsite for caravans and tents in our field across from the house, there is no problem if you have friends who want to visit for a nominal fee. :)
