Large cottage with character, good size double room/s, large garden, broadband available, 4' double bed and furniture available, central heating, share all amenities, washing machine, TV's etc its a tidy house, your room can be untidy but you need to respect the rest, I am considerate and reasonable and expect same in return. Male or Female. I am 63 and have a girl friend who works away. The company would be nice as well. Definite NO RENT - NO STAY The house has 2 Jack Russell's (Branston and Pickle) and are nice friendly pets, Spar shop, pub and churches all within 100 metres, COUPLES WILL BE CONSIDERED at 50% of the room cost.... sorry no children or pets......Great area for North Coast of Cornwall Any questions?
