Double room in a flat, quite central, Falmouth

Large double room in a two bed flat,

We'll be only two people in the flat,

Shared Kitchen and bathroom,

Gas stove instead of electric,

Great pressure hot shower running on gas rather than electricity.

Bills are minimal as the flat is a fairly new-built so the insulation is perfect and it doesn't need the heating on most of winter. We turned the heating on maybe half an hour a night during the coldest months and it keeps warm.

Bed and mattress in the room.

Bills come up to about £150-£175 each roughly, including council tax

Short term stay (less than 3 months) will be £650 + bills. Same for couples.
