On offer is a fully furnished double bedroom within a friendly household.

The house is very close to town and the beaches. The transport links are excellent as the house is next to the train station. It has excellent facilities such as a large well equipped modern kitchen, large lounge, dining room and utility room. Superfast wireless broadband is available throughout and there is Sky tv available in the living room. The garden gets the sun most of the day and there is a built in barbeque utilised throughout the summer. :-)

I am a live in landlady and I am looking for another friendly professional person to share the house with, who would like to be part of a happy household. I have a friendly house cat who occasionally likes an early morning miaow so animal lovers would be most suited. This is a sociable house which would suit anyone that likes an occasional glass of wine or gin and sometimes share some some dinner and socialise..

Basically we like to have a laugh, sometimes pop out to the pub - not mad party animals but we have out occasional moments.

On street parking is easily available.

I would like a working person (no students please) who would like to live in a happy relaxed household.
