Large semi-furnished double room. I'm looking for a female around 25-35 to join me on the lease in this 2 bed apartment.
I'm keen for this not to be a party household, but I do enjoy having a wine and boardgames night etc, equally, i'm respectful of other people's space and clean and tidy :)
Ideally not working from home full time.
Wifi is included in the rent.
Its an estimated extra £150/200 (each) ish per month on top of rent for bills.
I'm looking for someone to join from June but this can be a bit flexible.
