I am looking for a housemate for our three bed house . You need to work full-time.
We have a large back garden, property backs onto the woods, very quiet close to Penryn college, Rosemullion Vet clinic 15 minute walk to hospital, 25 min walk into town. parking available, some storage available in the garage. Must have full time job. I work from home as a journalist. My teen daughter spends part of week wih her dad. Rooms furnished and has a view over back garden and woods but you can bring your own bed etc if you want and re-arange room. Shared bathroom. Use of kitchen and loungeroom. ( microwave, oven stove dishwasher and washing machine) V quiet area. Room has view over woods and backyard. Very quiet room No timewasters or axe murders. You wil be sharing with myself and my daughter. All bills included. including wifi, gas electic council tax. We get a cleaner once a month your share is £12. That' s only extra cost.
Wardrobe hanging rail, shelves and storage shelves in room plus part of garage for extra storage. You can havea friend stay in your room occassionally
