Hello. I have an double room (room can be furnished or unfurnished)in a fully furnished 3 bedroom house. The price per month includes rent, council tax, electric, water, Sky, phone line and Broadband. There is ample parking outside. Your room will be upstairs next to the bathroom, which has a bath and shower. Downstairs there is a living room (not shared), dining room, and kitchen. This is a lovely quiet cul-de-sac.
