Flat with on-suite Double room by the beach

There is no live in landlord now but can’t seem to change this.

Double room with on-suite in a ground floor apartment very close to the beach, lake and nature reserve at Swanpool Falmouth. Private parking is available close to the property.
The on-suite has a Bath and shower cubicle as well as WC and sink.

The kitchen has touch controlled appliances and a large American style fridge freezer.
The lounge has a two windows and one is to the front of the property.

The bedroom will be unfurnished but some furniture can be provided if required. It will be newly decorated once the room becomes vacant

One female tenant has the smaller room and this covers a third of the total rent and bills. This room is to become vacant in the new year.
