Sunny Double room in Falmouth
We have a nice bright double room to let in our 3 bed home in Falmouth. It's situated in a good location for local amenities such as shops, pubs, bus stop and the railway station. It's also only 15 mins walk to Swanpool beach and 25 mins to Woodlane Uni/ town!
The house is in a quiet street and has a sunny aspect and some great views to the sea and Swanpool Bay.
We have a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher. The room itself is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, cabinet and bedside table and looks over the garden. The garden gets the sun most of the day (when it comes out!) and there is parking on the road outside the house and possibly parking on the drive.
We are looking for a clean, tidy and friendly individual either a student or professional. My partner and I live here with our two dogs, an ageing Border Collie and a miniature Schnauzer so our new house guest must be a dog lover too.
