Our attractive period ground floor property overlooks Kimberley Park, Falmouth. 5 minutes walk to The Moor (where all the buses/taxis are) and town centre. There is also a Bus Stop outside the house (free to Asda!)
The property comprises 3 spacious bedrooms. Each room is single occupancy only, although all have a comfortable double bed. The shared bathroom has a great shower and our large kitchen/dining room is well equipped with plenty of cupboard space. Front garden with decking, rotary washing line, shed and plants.
