Double room available - central Falmouth

We have a comfortable double room (single occupancy) available for a working professional or mature/postgraduate student.

Light and airy with a garden view, the room has a polished wooden floor, double bed with drawers, clothes rail/storage, small book shelf, small chest of drawers, large desk/pine table and 2 chairs.

Our spacious terraced house is close to Falmouth Harbour, 5 mins walk from the High St and Moor (buses to Exeter and Falmouth university Tremough campus) and 15/20 mins walk to Woodlane.

Shared areas: kitchen, diner/utility room (snug) with separate fridge for tenant, bathroom /shower, toilet and garden.

Bills included: gas, electricity, water rates, council tax, wifi broadband.

Ours is a creative, friendly and relaxed home occupied by artist/ writers aspiring to a low-impact lifestyle. We are keen foodies, (vegetarian) growing as much as we can in our garden.

We moved to Falmouth from Bristol in 2007 to live by the sea, make art and study (Annie did a PhD in public arts practice).

Alongside philosophic image/text musings Annie is in her element cultivating and foraging plants for food and medicinal purposes...bubbling ferments, tinctures, teas and balms

Mac is in his... writing, composing, sifting through vinyl, playing piano and performing/ organizing spoken word events.
