Large, comfy room in a lodger-friendly household

This is a cheerful, well-furnished double room, north facing with a green outlook. There is a generous wardrobe, chest of drawers and shelving. A 4ft bed and a TV. My personal belongings will be moved and furnishings can be altered.

You have use of the large, well supplied kitchen/dining area inclusive of laundry. There is an extra WC with basin downstairs.

My refurbished home is located in a quiet green area. The household provides a private, peaceful and friendly atmosphere. I have an active life and am often out so the house is my retreat. I prefer to keep the living room for my own use. Sharing the garden, friends and cleaning are all up for discussion.

We are a 10min walk from the beach, 20min to the town centre and near public transport and shops.

Although I live in, I often travel in my camper or go off camping locally. I am looking for someone who will be caring of my home during these times.

The situation best suits working/professional person or a mature Master's student. I am happy to discuss any aspect of the rental.
